SPECTRO is committed to supporting the health, safety and protection of people and the environment. As required by the Conflict Materials provisions of the EU-Regulation 2017/821, SPECTRO is working with its suppliers to confirm that their supply of materials do not contain conflict minerals that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries.
SPECTRO will seek to ensure that minerals from the conflict region do not enter our supply chain, including requesting reliable certificates of origin for all material that might possibly originate in conflict areas or adjacent countries.
